Leadbetter Kids Golf Camp
Non-residential · Mornings
For young juniors aged 5 to 8 learning golf for the first time. Non-residential only (no boarding).
- Morning skills sessions at the GLA Training Centre
- Putting, chipping, pitching, irons and driver
- 9-hole competition and closing ceremony on Friday

For juniors aged 9 to 14 who want structured coaching and regular on-course play. A good fit for most juniors who already play.

For juniors aged 15 to 18 preparing for college golf and tournament play.

What a Week at GLA Looks Like
An Overall Look at Your Game
We look at the whole player: full swing, short game, putting, fitness and how they play on the course, so you leave with a clear picture of where their game is today.
Data-Driven Coaching
Our PGA professionals coach to the Leadbetter methodology, using TrackMan, video and pressure plates to show players what is happening in their swing and what to work on.
Fitness and Play on the Course
Golf fitness is part of every day, and players take their practice onto the course at Kota Seriemas, the way we train our academy players.
Leadbetter Kids Golf Camp
Ages 5 to 8 · Non-residential morningsDesigned for juniors aged 5 to 8 taking their first steps in golf. Fun, structured mornings at the GLA Training Centre build grip, stance, swing and short game, finishing with a 9-hole competition and closing ceremony on Friday. Non-residential only (no boarding).
Performance Camp
Ages 9 to 14 · Residential or non-residentialDesigned for juniors aged 9 to 14 who want to learn properly and play more golf. Skills sessions at the GLA Training Centre, 9 holes of on-course play each afternoon and an 18-hole competition on Friday, with residential or non-residential places. Most juniors start here.
College Prep Camp
Ages 15 to 18 · Residential or non-residentialDesigned for juniors aged 15 to 18 building towards college golf and competitive play. The most time on the course of any camp, including 18-hole sessions on Monday and Thursday, plus a closing assessment and residential or non-residential places.
What camp week covers
A First Look at How We Train
Camp week is an introduction to the way we coach at GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy. Players are assessed across their whole game, train with our PGA professionals using the same tools as our academy players, and take what they learn onto the course.
An Overall Assessment
We look at full swing, short game, putting and on-course play, so parents and players see where the game is today and what to focus on next.
Data-Driven Coaching
TrackMan, video and pressure plates show players what is happening in their swing, and give coaches clear information to work from.
Golf Fitness
Warm-ups, movement and conditioning are part of every day, introducing players to the physical side of the game.
Play on the Course
Coached rounds at Kota Seriemas help players apply their practice, make decisions and enjoy real golf with their peers.

Every camp runs Monday to Friday with PGA coaches. Pick the camp by your child's age and experience. Most juniors fit best in the Performance Camp.

Most juniors fit best in the Performance Camp. Younger beginners start with Leadbetter Kids, and older players preparing for college golf choose College Prep.

Every camp is led by the GOLFZON Leadbetter coaching team, PGA professionals who coach juniors at every level, from first lessons to tournament play.
Gavin Grenville-Wood
With over 30 years in junior golf development, Gavin sets the academy’s coaching standards, curriculum and player development pathways. He makes sure every student-athlete at Epsom College Malaysia trains to a high standard and is ready for competitive and collegiate golf.

Jordan Cook
Jordan Cook joins the GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy coaching team, bringing competitive playing experience and a focus on junior golf development. His coaching supports student-athletes across technical and on-course performance, helping them progress toward competitive and collegiate golf.

Travis Van Dijk
Travis van Dijk is a PGA Professional Class “AAA” with 18 years of professional coaching. Recognised internationally, Travis has received the PGA SA International Professional Award in both 2022 and 2023 and is ranked among the top three coaches in Asia and the Pacific.

Yusuf Raidhan
